belVita Breakfast Biscuits: Nutrition on the Go!

With morning always being busy, it is nice to have quick go-to options that are healthy and sustainable. Especially since I am at the stage of trying to lose a few extra baby weight pounds. Each serving contains 18-20g of whole grains and is a great source of fiber and vitamin b-vitamins….and they don’t contain high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors or sweeteners, or partially hydrogenated oils. Bonus. I love that more and more companies are coming out with nutritious options like this that skip the filler ingredients and choose to keep things natural.

Each serving is conveniently portioned into individual packs, making them great to keep in your bag for a mid-morning snack.
