No Churn Peppermint Ice Cream

This no churn peppermint ice cream is the perfect holiday dessert. Minty, creamy, and best of all no ice cream maker needed!

  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 drops red food coloring
  • 3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 2/3 c. crushed peppermint candy


  1. Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in condensed milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring.

  2. Pour 1/3 of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the crushed candies. Add another layer of ice cream, then another layer of candy. Repeat once more.
  3. Freeze 6-8 hours.
