  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 8 cubes of yogurt frozen
  • 1 c. orange juice


  • Fill blender with fruit.
  • Add yogurt cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.


Tip: Freeze yogurt in an ice tray for frozen yogurt cubes in smoothies.
