white cake mix
with required eggs, oil, and water
1
cup
butter
softened
4 1/2
cup
powdered sugar
sifted
1/2
cup
powdered pre-sweetened lemonade mix
1/4
cup
whole milk or heavy whipping cream
2
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Make the cupcakes according to the package instructions. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl beat butter until fluffy.
Add sugar and lemonade mix. Beat.
Add milk and vanilla. Mix for a couple of minutes until nice and fluffy using an electric mixer.
Use a rubber spatula to mix by hand for 1 minute. This will create a glossier frosting.
Pipe or spread frosting onto cupcakes.

Makes 16 piped cupcakes and 22 spatula-spreaded cupcakes.
