Seasoned Potatoes and Kielbasa

Potatoes and kielbasa is a delicious weeknight dinner! You can also roll it inside of warm flour tortillas for breakfast burritos.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. package kielbasa
  • 6-8 medium sized red potatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice onion.
  • Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add oil and onions and cook until fragrant.
  • Add potatoes and spices. Turn heat to medium-high and cook for about 3 minutes, or until potatoes brown.
  • Give them a good stir. Reduce heat to medium, cover and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Dice Polska Kielbasa into bite sized pieces.
  • Add to pan and cover for 5 minutes. No heat necessary, they will warm with the hot potatoes.

Notes

To make breakfast burritos place potatoes and kielbasa inside warm tortillas with cheese and scrambled eggs.
