Seasoned Potatoes and Kielbasa

Potatoes and kielbasa is a delicious weeknight dinner! You can also roll it inside of warm flour tortillas for breakfast burritos.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. package kielbasa
  • 6-8 medium sized red potatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  1. Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice onion.
  2. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add oil and onions and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add potatoes and spices. Turn heat to medium-high and cook for about 3 minutes, or until potatoes brown.
  4. Give them a good stir. Reduce heat to medium, cover and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are fork tender.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Dice Polska Kielbasa into bite sized pieces.
  7. Add to pan and cover for 5 minutes. No heat necessary, they will warm with the hot potatoes.

Recipe Notes

To make breakfast burritos place potatoes and kielbasa inside warm tortillas with cheese and scrambled eggs.
