Creamy slow cooker pepperoncini chicken is ridiculously easy to make, full of flavor, and delicious served over rice or noodles. The perfect meal for busy families.
Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spread soup over the top of the chicken thighs.
Add pepperoncini pepper slices and juice.
Sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
Serve over steamed rice or cooked noodles.

Note: you can also sub dry Italian seasoning dressing mix for the ranch mix. Use the entire packet. You can also add any extra seasoning that you like like garlic powder, dried onion, etc.
