Bubble Gum Ice Cream

This bubble gum ice cream recipe is super simple! Whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, bubble gum flavoring and gum balls, of course! A sweet treat just like the one served at our favorite little ice cream shop in town.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • blue food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon bubble gum flavoring or vanilla (1/2-1 teaspoon depending on taste)
  • 6 oz. gumballs

Instructions

  • Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in condensed milk and food coloring and bubble gum flavoring.
  • Spoon half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with gumballs. Push gumballs into mixture with a tooth pick so that they are completely covered. Sprinkle more gumballs. Add the remaining ice cream mixture and sprinkle with more gumballs.
  • Place in freezer and Let freeze 6 hours or over night.

Notes

The bubble gum flavoring is optional. Feel free to use vanilla instead if you'd prefer!
To make in traditional ice cream maker, place mixture in bowl and follow manufacturer's instructions.
