Ingredients
2 2/3cupsflour
8teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
2Tbsp.sugar
4eggsseparated
2teaspoonsvanilla
1cupbuttermelted
2 1/2cupsmilk
Instructions
Separate the eggs (saving the yolk). Beat whites until stiff and set aside.
Whisk dry ingredients together in mixing large bowl.
Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and yolks to dry ingredient mixture and mix until smooth.
Gently fold in egg whites.
Ladle mixture into hot Belgian waffle iron and bake.

These waffles freeze well. Place in a ziploc bag. To reheat, break in half and toast in the toaster for 30-45 seconds.
