 Mummy Rice Krispies Pops

If cake pops intimidate you, don't fret! Rice Krispies pops are SO much quicker and easier and you can customize them a million ways. These mummy pops take about 10 minutes to make start to finish and are perfect for packaging up in Halloween treat bags!

  • 12 individually wrapped Rice Krispies Treats
  • 24 oz. white chocolate melting candies
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • candy eyes


  • Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Slide a lollipop stick into the center of each Rice Krispies Treat.
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, according to the instructions on the package.
  • Spoon chocolate over each treat, spreading and covering both the front and the back.
  • Set on parchment paper and add eyes.
  • Repeat with remaining Rice Krispies Treats. Let sit 5 minutes. Spoon remaining white chocolate into sandwich baggie and cut corner. Drizzle over each Rice Krispies Treat to give it the mummy "look".
  • Refrigerate until set. Package in small cellophane treat bags!


DIY double boiler: place a pot on the stove. Add 1-2 inches of water.  Heat until the water is simmering. Reduce heat to low. Place a glass or metal bowl over the pot. The bowl needs to be big enough to not sink into the water and make sure that there is space between the water and the bottom of the bowl. Add chocolate chips to the bowl and stir until melted.
