Hot Artichoke Dip
Creamy, cheesy, artichoke dip. Perfect for any gathering! Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
Heat oven to 350.
Chop artichokes and add to a bowl. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mayo.
Mix ingredients until blended. Spread mixture into bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with a variety of crackers, tortilla chips or baguette slices. Can also dip vegetables like carrots, red peppers or celery.
A serving is 2 Tbsp.
Serve hot or at room temperature. Store leftovers in airtight container in the refrigerator.
