Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
These slow cooker buffalo chicken sandwiches take about a minute to prepare, then slow cook to perfection. Serve on buns and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
buffalo chicken, buffalo wing, easy, spicy
approx. 4 large halves
(12 oz.) buffalo wing sauce
dry ranch dressing mix
Combine chicken breasts, broth, butter, HALF of the bottle of wing sauce in a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for up to 8 hours.
Remove chicken breasts, shred.
Add shredded chicken back into the crockpot. Give it a taste. If you'd like more spice, add more wing sauce and stir.
Serve on buns or rolls. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, if desired.
Note: wing sauce and hot sauce are two separate things. Do not use hot sauce in this recipe. Our favorite wing sauce is Texas Pete.
