Ingredients
8eggshard boiled
1/2cupmayonnaise
1Tbsp.sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
sliced tomatoes
lettuce
sliced baconcooked
butter
slicedbread
Instructions
Chop eggs and mix with mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour.
Spread bread with butter on one side. Brown bread in a skillet on med-high heat until golden.
Cook bacon.
Spread egg salad on sandwich. Add tomatoes, lettuce and bacon.
