Talking Dinosaur Clothespin Craft

Make a talking dinosaur with construction paper and a clothespin! Such an easy craft for kids. Use your imagination and make other clothespin animals, too!

Equipment

  • scissors
  • glue gun
  • pen or pencil

Materials

  • craft paper
  • clothespin
  • craft eyes

Instructions

  • Use a pen or pencil to cut out 2 circles.
  • Cut each circle in half.

  • Hot glue half of one circle on the bottom of the clothespin. Hot glue the other half to the top. Do not glue over the metal part of the clothespin.

  • Open the clothespin to make sure that you didn't accidently glue the clothespin closed.
  • Repeat for the other side so that both sides of the clothespins have a dinosaur face (circle).
  • Cut out 6 spikes (triangles). Glue the 3 spikes to the top of the dinosaur head on the front and 3 to the back.

  • Glue on an eye to each side of the dinosaur head (front/back)*
