Slow cooker lasagna is ridiculously easy to make! You don't even need to boil the pasta. Layer everything in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours!

Ingredients
1lb.ground beef or turkey
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
2(24 oz.)jars of spaghetti sauce
1(16 oz.)package lasagna noodles
16oz.cottage cheese2 cups
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheesethe cheap stuff
16oz.mozzarella cheese2 cups
Instructions
Brown beef in skillet. Drain fat. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce.
Bring to a simmer then remove from heat.In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
For easy clean up, line the slow cooker with a cooking liner. Pour 1/3 of the sauce mixture into the slow cooker. Add 5-6 lasagna noodles over sauce. Break them to fit if necessary. Spoon 1/3 of the cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat layering the sauce, noodles and cheese until the ingredients are gone.
Cook on LOW 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender.
