Instructions
Combine onion, poblano pepper, jalapeno pepper, garlic, cumin, beans, chicken and broth in a slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Remove chicken and shred.
Add chicken back into slow cooker and stir in sour cream, salt and lime juice.
Serve with fresh chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, tortilla strips and extra lime wedges (optional).
