Ingredients
28 ozcan of Rotel(diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1small onionroughly chopped
1-2jalapeno peppersroughly chopped (with or without seeds*)
3Tbsp.lime juice
1teaspoonsugar
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonground cumin
1c.cilantro leaves
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the blender and pulse to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes
Leftover salsa can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator up to 7 days.*Leaving the jalapeno seeds in the salsa will create a spicy salsa. For a mild salsa, scoop the seeds out before adding the peppers to the blender. Always be careful when cutting peppers to wash hands and avoid touching your face.
