Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe

Our favorite green smoothie recipe! Spinach, pineapple, banana, grapes and kiwi. Kids love it! Slice and freeze your fruit ahead of time and keep in the freezer for quick smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 8-10 grapes
  • 2-3 slices kiwi fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Blend water and spinach until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
