1/2cuppastel M&Ms for the dough+ more for decorating on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Melt butter and let cool for 5 minutes.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Set aside.
Mix melted butter and sugars together in a separate bowl. Stir in the egg and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir. Mix in white chocolate chips and pastel M&Ms.
Scoop using a medium cookie scoop onto ungreased or parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. While cookies bake, cut a handful of M&Ms in half using a sharp knife. These will be bunny ears.
Once the cookies come out of the oven press bunny ears into the hot cookie right next to any M&Ms that are sticking out of the cookie. If you don't see a lot of visible M&Ms go ahead and press some into the hot cookies then add the M&M halves for ears.
Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.
