The BEST granola recipe! One that we've enjoyed for breakfast in our family for 15 years. Loaded with oats, honey, almonds, coconut and raisins. Sweet and crunchy and easy to make!

Ingredients
8cupuncooked oats
1cupcoconut
1cupbrown sugar
1/2cuphoney
1 1/2cupwater
1 1/2cupoilvegetable, canola, coconut
1teaspoonsalt
1/2 cupchopped pecans
1cupchopped almonds
1cupraisins or dates
Instructions
Mix everything together thoroughly (except for raisins).
Spread evenly in 2 shallow baking sheets and bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir granola and rotate baking sheets. Bake another 30 minutes. Stir granola once more. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes, or until granola and coconut is golden brown.
Add diced dates and raisins as desired. Granola may feel moist, but will dry as it cools.
