French Bread Stroganoff Loaf
This French bread stroganoff loaf comes together in under 30 minutes and is packed with delicious flavor! Serve as a main dish with a salad or as an appetizer!
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf French bread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown ground turkey with minced onions. (If using beef, drain.)
Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon.
Stir in water.
Slice loaf of French bread in half. Spread filling over both halves.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
Ground beef can be substituted for ground turkey.
Use any cheese variety that you'd like.
