Quick and Easy Stroganoff Dinner
This quick and easy stroganoff is a family-friendly 20 min. dinner. A delicious meal with simple ingredients.

- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. bouillon base "Better than Bouillon" is my favorite.
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cup water
- 12 oz. egg noodles
Brown meat in a skillet with dried onions. Drain.
Add Worcestershire sauce and bouillon base. Add cream of mushroom soup. Stir.
Add water and pasta. Stir.
Bring to a simmer on med-high heat.
Cover and reduce heat to med-low. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stroganoff will thicken as it cools.
