Buttery puffy German pancakes are delicious, served with powdered sugar and fresh fruit. A favorite for breakfast, just like the ones my Grandma made.

Ingredients
5Tbsp.buttermelted
6eggs
1teaspoonvanillaoptional
1cupmilk
1/4teaspoonsalt
1cupflour
Instructions
Melt butter. Pour butter into 9x13 baking dish. Brush the butter up the sides of the dish. Set dish aside. Note: You can also just put the butter in the baking dish, place the dish in the oven, and let it melt in the oven while it preheats.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Whisk in flour and mix until there are no clumps. Add salt, vanilla and milk. Stir.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are puffy and golden. Serve warm with powdered sugar and fruit.
