Blend ingredients in a blender (or food processor) until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Place popsicles into the freezer and freeze until firm. Carefully remove from the popsicle mold.

Variations: pour the mixture into small paper cups, and freeze until set enough to slide a popsicle stick into the mixture so that it can stand up. Freeze until firm.Add mix-ins like strawberry puree (along with peach puree), a squeeze of lemon or orange juice, or crushed raspberries. For added sweetness, consider adding a half teaspoon of vanilla extract.
