Ingredients
5Tbsp.buttermelted
6eggs
1cupflour
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanillaoptional
1cupmilk
Instructions
Slice butter into small squares, place into a 9x13" baking dish, and place the baking dish into the oven to melt the butter while the oven preheats to 425 degrees.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Whisk in flour and mix until there are no clumps. Add salt, vanilla, and milk. Stir.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are puffy and golden. Serve warm with powdered sugar and fruit.
