Ingredients
5Tbsp.butter
6eggs
1cupflour
¼teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanillaoptional
1cupmilk
Instructions
Slice butter into small squares, place into a 9x13" baking dish, and place the baking dish into the oven to melt the butter while the oven preheats to 425 degrees.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Whisk in flour and mix until there are no clumps. Add salt, vanilla, and milk. Stir.Note: You can also use a blender to make the batter.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are puffy and golden. Serve warm with powdered sugar and fruit.
