Gingerbread Muffins
Our gingerbread muffins are so quick and easy to make! Perfect to serve for a quick breakfast or add to a holiday brunch.

- 2 ½ cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cloves
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup molasses
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix dry ingredients then add in wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Spray muffin pan with non stick cooking spray or place muffin liners in pan. Fill ⅔ full with batter.
Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Let muffins cool.
