Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • cup molasses
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients then add in wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spray muffin pan with non stick cooking spray or place muffin liners in pan. Fill ⅔ full with batter.
  • Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Let muffins cool.
