Slow cooker French dip sandwiches take just minutes to prepare and simmer all day.
Place a chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Top with dry onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
Remove the roast and shred it with forks.
Pour drippings (au jus) into a glass measuring cup. Allow it to sit for a few minutes then spoon the fat off of the top. You can also use a fat separator.
Toast rolls then fill with shredded roast.
Divide au jus into cups and serve with the sandwich for dipping.
