A delicious California Turkey Melt inspired by my favorite sandwich from the restaurant I worked at in college. Thank you, Foster Farms for sponsoring this trip down memory lane!
I had the cooks add avocado to my turkey melt and swap out cheddar cheese for American cheese and created something amazing! The California Turkey Melt! I’ve been making this for years now and it is absolutely delicious. I make it with parmesan butter, which makes the grilled sourdough even better.
