Fresh Peach Cobbler Recipe
This cobbler is made with tree ripened peaches and is just about the easiest peach cobbler to make! Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
Filling

fresh peaches
sliced

ground cinnamon

lemon juice
Batter

flour

sugar

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

cup
milk
½
cup
butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place sliced peaches in a large bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, flour and lemon juice. Stir. Set bowl aside.
In a separate bowl combine the ingredients for the topping: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk. Stir.
Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour batter over melted butter.
Pour peach mixture over batter. Spread peaches out evenly.
Bake 1 hour. Top should be golden and bubbly.
Let stand 30 minutes-1 hour before serving. Cut into 9 portions and serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
