Homemade Peanut Butter
Make your own homemade peanut butter with the kids for a fun activity and snack! Just like the delicious natural peanut butter that you grind at the health food store.

Ingredients

cup
roasted peanuts
unsalted

tbsp.
oil
salt or honey
to taste
Instructions
Place peanuts in food process or blender. Blend until it resembles coarse sand (30-60 seconds).
Open lid and push peanuts down with spatulata.
Add oil. Replace lid.
Blend until smooth (about 60 seconds).
Add a tiny amount of salt or honey, if desired.

This recipe makes 1 ½ c. of peanut butter. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
