Honey Glazed Cornbread Muffins
These honey glazed cornbread muffins bake up quickly and are brushed with honey butter right after baking. Makes 12.

Ingredients
Muffins

cups
cornmeal
1
cup
flour
⅓
cup
sugar

Tbsp.
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt
2
eggs
¼
cup
melted butter
1
cup
milk
Honey Glaze
2
tablespoon
butter
2
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or line muffin pan with baking liners.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Mix in remaining ingredients with a spoon, just until batter comes together.
Fill muffin pan cups ¾ full with batter.
Bake 15-17 minutes.
Melt butter and honey together in microwave for 30 seconds.
Brush honey butter over muffins as soon as they come out of the oven.
