I may not come through when it comes to preparing hearty and hot breakfasts for my family, and we’re all about light and quick lunches, but dinner? Dinner is where I redeem myself. I enjoy making delicious and healthy dinners even on the busiest of weekdays. That’s when I pull out all the kitchen hacks like slow cookers, pre-washed and chopped salads, and quick cooking meals like chicken breasts or pork tenderloins.

Today I’m letting you in on a secret. See that photo of our sheet pan pork tenderloin dinner? That came together in under 45 minutes, start to finish! That even included the prep time! These pork tenderloins from the grocery store are already marinated and make dinner prep SO EASY. I picked out a cracked black pepper and roasted garlic one and it was delicious, but any of the marinated pork tenderloins would be fantastic.

Oh, I am well aware of those dinner meltdowns…and there is nothing fun about them! But this dinner sounds delicious, and I bet no meltdowns would be involved. I’m a huge fan of roasted brussels, so I need to make this one soon. Thanks for sharing! #client
