Here it is! The updated 6 in 1 Tutorial, making it an 8 in 1, with the addition of Elsa and Anna! Just as simple to put together as the other 6 aprons and truly treasured by these little girls.
The aprons are a one-size style that will fit 3T-8y. Ruby is a 2T and you can see it is a bit long on her. She loves the longer skirt.
They have ties around the neck, a velcro closure for an adjustable waist band and are made from sturdy cotton (with the exception of Elsa’s skirt front) for easy cleaning and will last much longer than the store bought princess dresses. These are meant for playing!!
Elsa’s skirt is made from organza with cotton lining. We also added some snowflake ribbon that Kaylee found at the store that went perfectly.
Anna’s apron is solid cotton like the other princess aprons and has gold bias tape around the bodice edges (optional) and fabric paint details to create the flowers.
In my tutorial, you will instructions to make all 8 princess aprons with optional embellishments and appliqués. I even have the tutorial for the optional cape for Anna!
I hope your little girls enjoy their aprons as much as mine do! As always, this is a free pattern/tutorial for personal use.
