Ruby and I came up with this easy gift idea for her teacher for Teacher Appreciation Day. This cute candle and a Starbucks gift card are heading to school next week because, according to Ruby, Mrs. Russell comes into class with a Starbucks cup EVERY DAY 🙂
Best 3 Wick Candles for Inexpensive Gifts
Have you tried out the 3-wick candles at Walmart? I discovered them in the fall and fell in love with the scents. They are just as strong as the Bath and Body Works 3 wicks and are $6. I still have a stock pile of my favorite Bath and Body Works scents like “winter” and “fresh balsam” because nobody makes anything that compares to those scents, but I’m finding more and more of the $6 candles that I love!
How To Customize a Candle Jar
The candles come with seasonal wrappers, but you can totally take those off to make the candle fit the color scheme of any label. The cute floral one above is a lemon leaves and mint scent. I left the candle wrapper on the jar. The candles next to it are both apple scented and came with fall wrappers that I simply peeled off before adding my labels. So stock up on your favorite scents and don’t worry if the seasonal wrapper doesn’t fit with the current season because you can just peel the off the wrapper!
