I first made baked cinnamon chips for my kids in the shapes of bats for Halloween when they were little. They were such a hit and tasty too. You can use cookie cutters to cut the tortillas into any shape you'd like, but my favorite way is to simply slice the tortillas into triangles to minimize waste. These cinnamon tortilla chips take just minutes to bake up and are perfectly crispy. Great for dipping.Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

How To Slice Tortillas into Chip Sized Sections
You can simply cut your tortilla into 6 or 8 sections or you can make mini chips. I think mini chips are easier for my kids to eat. To do this, cut the tortilla into 6 sections (I use 8" tortillas). Then cut each section as pictured above, cutting the tip of the triangle off, then cutting the top into 3 additional triangles.Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips Recipe

Hi everyone! Brandy here, these chips are so yummy and delicious. I love that they are baked but are crispy and delicious like fried. Yummy on their own or with fruit salsa.
