Fresh berries, sweet yogurt, and crunchy Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted combine to create delicious breakfast parfaits in just minutes. The perfect breakfast on the go!

It's no surprise that when the new year rolls around all thoughts turn to getting our eating habits back on track. You can only eat English toffee for breakfast for so long before the guilt overwhelms you. Or maybe I'm only the only one crazy enough to do that, ha!

My shopping cart last week was loaded with produce and all of the ingredients to make delicious soups and salads throughout January. I love soup, salad, and homemade bread and could eat it for dinner every night of the week!

When it comes to breakfast, I'm a cold cereal, yogurt, and fruit gal through and through. Hearty hot breakfasts don't sit well for some reason so I save those for our "breakfast for dinner" nights.

My favorite combination is fruit and yogurt. I also like adding a bit of crunch with Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted which is packed with nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins and antioxidants. It's the perfect (and FAST) nutritious breakfast! Make it in a mason jar with a handle and becomes a great on the go option.

    Berry & Yogurt Crunch Parfait

    ⅔ c. yogurt

½ c. Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted cereal

    ⅔ c. fresh berries

    Wash and slice berries.

    Layer ⅓ c. berries, ⅓. c. yogurt, and ¼ c. cereal into a glass jar or cup.

    Repeat.

    Serve immediately.

So delicious and easily customizable with different yogurts and fruit.

You can use whatever cereal you'd like to add a bit of crunch. I also like using Great Grains for the bites of pecans and dates. Shredded Wheat is also a favorite to eat on it's own.

What is your favorite go to breakfast?

I found a large variety of Honey Bunches of Oats cereals at my local Walmart, along with our other favorite Post cereals. Great for stocking up on for parfaits all year long!
