Slow Cooker Green Chile Shredded Pork
Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork roast
- 1 small can of green chiles mild
- 1/2 cup green salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth.
Instructions
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred.

Shredded Pork Salad
Serves 6-8
1 Southwest Salad Kit or large head of romaine lettuce
1 can. black beans, drained and rinsed
salsa, to taste
1 batch of green chile shredded pork (see recipe above)
Rice:
3 c. cooked rice
1 T. lime juice
1/2 c. cilantro
Drizzle lime juice over rice and add cilantro. Stir.
