
Slow Cooker Green Chile Shredded Pork salad
Serves 6-8
- 1 Southwest Salad Kit or a large head of romaine lettuce
- 1 can. black beans, drained and rinsed
- salsa, to taste
- 1 batch of green chile shredded pork (see recipe above)
Rice:
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 T. lime juice
- ½ c. cilantro

Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork roast
- 1 small can of green chiles mild
- ½ cup green salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth.
Instructions
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred.
