Last week I found these greenery branches down in the basement. I used to have them in vases on the mantel, but didn’t envision doing that again so I made a wreath out of them!

How To Make A Wreath Using A Coat Hanger

Coat hangers are super easy to bend, and they are sturdy too. I bent mine into a circular shape then added my sprigs of greenery. A quick and easy project that took about 10 minutes to assemble.

Best Ways to Hang a Wreath

We have a metal door, and the over the door hangers sometimes mess with the weather strip seal, and the Command hooks always fall off. I found these magnetic hooks that are super sturdy and work great! A great option for others who have metal doors as well.

Brandy, I love this! The color is perfect for spring, and you’re absolutely right about the door magnet compared to the hanger! Would love for you to share at the party! xo bridgett

Your wreath is so pretty! I personally hate the over the door hooks because they make our door hard to close/open in the winter!
Would you consider linking this up at my Pinworthy Projects Party? I hope to see you there!

Hi Brooke! The lettering is vinyl. It is peel and stick and has held up wonderfully through 4 Ohio winters which are COLD. I ordered it online, but the company that I used is no longer around. I haven’t orderd with anyone else yet, her prices seriously were amazing. I think I paid under $5 for this one. You can put in custom orders with many vinyl companies. Just tell them the size of the area you would like to fill and they usually have fonts and colors for you to choose.

Beautiful! Where did you find the “Welcome” letters? And how did you adhere them to the door?

The welcome on the door is so beautiful! It definitely makes me wish I OWNED my front door and could add a pretty little welcome to it!
