    Rocky Road Cookies

Chocolate, nuts, marshmallows---the perfect additions to cookies and ice cream. Our rocky road cookies start out with a double chocolate pecan cookie that would be delicious as it, but we couldn't stop there. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven we top them with a few mini marshmallows then place them back in the oven for 2 minutes to allow the marshmallows to puff up. Once the cookies have been cooled they are spread with homemade chocolate frosting and sprinkled with more nuts.
