Peppermint Bark Pretzels
I love chocolate-covered pretzels. They are easy to make and are fun to customize. When you drizzle them with chocolate they look fancy, but totally aren’t. I made peppermint bark pretzels with crunchy sourdough pretzels, dipped halfway in chocolate and halfway in white chocolate. Sprinkled with crushed candy canes and drizzled in white chocolate they are festive and delicious!
This recipe makes 36 pretzels. If you use mini pretzels it’ll make more, but I like these larger ones and think they make a bigger statement on platters. Use your favorite melting chocolate or chocolate chips. Also, did you know that you can buy crushed candy canes? I crushed my own, but didn’t know that they sold pre-crushed ones until this year. Such a time saver if you’re like me and hate unwrapping candy canes.
