Seasoned Potatoes and Kielbasa

1 (14 oz.) package kielbasa
6-8 medium sized red potatoes
1 medium red onion
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Seasoned Potatoes and Kielbasa
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. package kielbasa
- 6-8 medium sized red potatoes
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice onion.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add oil and onions and cook until fragrant.
- Add potatoes and spices. Turn heat to medium-high and cook for about 3 minutes, or until potatoes brown.
- Give them a good stir. Reduce heat to medium, cover and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are fork tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Dice Polska Kielbasa into bite sized pieces.
- Add to pan and cover for 5 minutes. No heat necessary, they will warm with the hot potatoes.
