The ladies at church had a cookie exchange and we were each asked to bring 2 dozen holiday cookies with the recipe to share. I couldn’t remember the last time I went to a cookie exchange but was excited about it! We are still pretty new to this area so it was nice to visit with some of the other gals who live here and come back with a few new recipes to try.
I revamped one of my son’s favorite cookie recipes. Double chocolate cookies—with the addition of peppermint and melted white chocolate.
So delicious, so easy, and so pretty. You can make these with or without the white chocolate for dipping, but it really does take them up a notch.
