Who else remembers having popsicle molds and making their own popsicles as kids? I remember making apple juice popsicles frequently. If we didn't have a popsicle mold we'd just freeze juice in cups until it was slushy. So delicious!

    Fresh Peach Popsicles

My kids like making apple juice popsicles too, as well as fresh fruit popsicles. One of our favorite ways to make fruit popsicles is to blend fruit with yogurt. So easy and so good. Juicy fruits like peaches and strawberries are perfect for this!

You can peel the peaches if you want to, but we never do. Peach skin is a rich source of fiber and you can't taste it in the popsicles. It leaves pretty orange flecks in the popsicles. Just pop out the pit and place the rest in a blender.

The kind of yogurt that you use is totally up to you. My son loves vanilla yogurt so I always have that on hand. You can use regular or Greek yogurt, sweetened or plain, depending on your preference. The yogurt makes the popsicles creamy.

Best Popsicle Mold for Homemade Popsicles

We have this popsicle mold and love it! The sticks snap into place and we haven't had any issues with leaking. It's a sturdy popsicle mold and the popsicles are easy to remove. Gently push from the bottom to help release the popsicles. We've found this style to be much more user friendly than solid plastic molds.

Popsicle mold sizes vary, but this makes 6 popsicles using our favorite mold.
