We moved from Alaska to Ohio when I was pregnant 7 months pregnant with Kaylee and bought a trailer to make the trip with more comfortable. With living in an RV for over a month we enjoyed lots of camping, and s'mores quickly became one of my favorites treats.  I began making them every night! Even after we moved into our home I'd add marshmallows, Hershey bars, and graham crackers to my grocery list for a nightly chocolate treat.

    Microwave S'mores

Without being able to build a campfire every night I started making them on my own indoors. We had a glass top stove, so roasting them on a gas burner wasn't an option. That's when I tried making them in the microwave! It only takes 5 seconds for that marshmallow to go from solid to completely puffed up! We still enjoy microwave S'mores as a quick after-dinner treat. You can also make them in the oven!

Hi everyone! Brandy here, these s'mores are so unique! The coconut marshmallows are so yummy and not always available. If I can't find them, I sprinkle toasted coconut onto the s'more, and that's yummy too.
