I love sweet and salty snack mixes, and this bunny bait mix is just that. The sweetness of white chocolate and peanut butter eggs mixed with the saltiness of peanuts and pretzels. Target sells a version of bunny bait that also has small cookies and white chocolate covered marshmallows. Ours includes popcorn because we're kind of big on popcorn in our family. So yummy.

    • popcorn (½ cup kernels, popped)
    • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
    • 2 cups peanuts (lightly salted or honey roasted)
    • 1 cup yogurt covered raisins
    • 1 cup pastel M&M candies
    • 1 bag Reese's Pieces candy coated eggs

More mix-in ideas: mini marshmallows, rice chex (or any kind of favorite cereal), mini Cadbury eggs, sprinkles.

How To Melt White Chocolate Chips

Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat heating in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. DO NOT overheat.

You can also melt chocolate chips using a double boiler.
