My favorite candy has always been sour candy. Sour straws, Sour Patch Kids, sour gummy worms. Basically anything chewy and sour. We decided to hone in on our favorite candies and combine them to make a custom mix that the whole family loves.

    Fruit Salad Candy Mix

This fruit salad candy mix packs a powerful punch of fruity flavor in every bite. Our mix includes pineapple, strawberry, cherry, apple, watermelon, orange, lemon, raspberry and peach flavors.

Mix up a batch to keep on hand for road trips or fun gifts for friends! How cute would a small baggie of this be with a ribbon tied around it.

You could even include one of our free watermelon printable tags!

    The Best Sour Fruit Candies

You can use whatever fruit candies are your favorites, but here is the combination that we like best!

    • Sour Patch Kids Strawberry
    • Sour Patch Kids Watermelon
    • Peach Rings
    • Mini Starburst
    • Sour Punch Bites
    • Gummy Bears

I found everything at our local Five Below except for the Sour Patch Strawberry candy. Those are available at Target.

I generally use equal parts of everything. Sometimes we'll add an extra portion of peach rings because those are one of the kids' favorites.
